Most of our snow removal team are year-round employees. They are well paid, with health care and benefits, and take the work seriously. Where we use subcontractors, they have close connections with the company.

Our online invoicing software makes payments a breeze. We invoice by email, and accept credit cards, cheques and email money transfers. You can see a complete history of invoices and payments in your customer portal.
Customer Service
We have four full-time, dedicated staff answering phone calls and emails throughout the winter. Snow removal is a tough business, but we're quick to listen and respond to concerns.
Our Team
Our team consists of the year-round staff of Gardenzilla Lawn & Garden, working as gardeners and landscapers from April through November. We offer our winter snow removal services as a way to offer well-paid, year round work to our dedicated team. We also work with a limited number of subcontractors who were either previous employees who started their own business, or close partners of the company.
